Tuna boats


serves 2

2 baking potatoes
1 tin tuna
1 onion, diced
cheese, grated
dollop mayo
butter

Cook baked potatoes.
Scoop out potatoes and put flesh into a bowl.
Mix cooked potato, tuna, onion, some of the cheese, may and butter together in a bowl.
Fill the hollowed out potato skins with the mixture.
Sprinkle on the remaining grated cheese.
Cook in oven (preheat to about 180 degrees) for 10/15 minutes.
